Jan. 3rd

Back in the routine of work then working out then home to hang out with the family!

I ate OK...would not say it was great but didn't eat anything too bad

Workout was a great one...I got a good chest, tricep, and bicep workout in and i am sure I will be sore tomorrow.  After the workout, I ran for 1 mile!

Feeling much better and ready for my 1 week weigh in to see if the scale shows the same kind of progress!
