Jan 23rd

What a great day! I ate very well and got a great workout in...I need to start every week like this!

Had a SALAD for lunch.  It consisted of spinach, sliced almonds, raisins, fresh cut strawberries, with a strawberry vingerette dressing...YUMMO!!

Got a good chest and legs workout in...kinda did the spartacus workout (very tough)

Ready to take on this week head on now!!
