Jan. 17th

I had a good day of eating well minus the Dairy Queen Blizzard i treated myself too after supper, but need to cheat every now and then.

I started off my workout by running a mile.  I ran it in 9:25.  Very good but boring since I had to run on the track at the Courts.  Then I got a good bicep workout in following the run!
