Good day of eating until the night when Carolyn and I made homemade red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing...yummo

Very good workout - Ran a mile in 8:59 then did another mile of walking and sprinting!

One month down and I have lost a total of 7lbs!!

I ran my 5k yesterday in 32:49 (49 secs. slower than i wanted it to be, but gives me motivation to push harder)

One month with no soft drinks!!!
