Weighed in this morning at 179...lost a total of 16 lbs so far!!

Good day of eating until the night when Carolyn and I made homemade red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing...yummo

Very good workout - Ran a mile in 8:59 then did another mile of walking and sprinting!

One month down and I have lost a total of 7lbs!!

I ran my 5k yesterday in 32:49 (49 secs. slower than i wanted it to be, but gives me motivation to push harder)

One month with no soft drinks!!!

Jan 31st

Been a while since I have updated the blog...i have been struggling staying disciplined on my eating.  I am still working out and running daily just need to eat better.

Ran a mile on Thursday the 26th in 9:31...Running a 5k with Carolyn this afternoon, hoping for 32 mins (fingers crossed)

Jan 24th

Ran a 5k course with Carolyn in 34 mins...very good run, felt great

Treated myself to a Sonic blast that night...ooops but it was very good

Jan 23rd

What a great day! I ate very well and got a great workout in...I need to start every week like this!

Had a SALAD for lunch.  It consisted of spinach, sliced almonds, raisins, fresh cut strawberries, with a strawberry vingerette dressing...YUMMO!!

Got a good chest and legs workout in...kinda did the spartacus workout (very tough)

Ready to take on this week head on now!!

Not a great weight loss amount but i am losing and not gaining!!
